easy to refill. I use the bottom tray to put peanuts in. it is WELL built. I have had umpteen bird feeders over the years. LOVE it. I am going to order a second one so when I take the feeder down to clean it out I have another ready to go up so as to NOT interrupt feeding for the birds. this one is THE best. The wide domed lid keeps the squirrels from feeding here.
Where can I send it back. Dome and tray are plastic. They won't hold it. Tray won't stay attached to bottom thus dropping all the seed on the ground.
A piece of plastic junk. Looks like the garbage can to me. The COPPER (Plastic) dome is warped looking like a cheap piece of plastic. Copper.
Poor plastics clips to hold bottom tray. DON'T BUY THIS ONE. Not much. Not enough copper to be referred to as copper.
With the hood on, its awkward to carry otherwise. I especially like the funnel-like expansion at the top of the tubes that catches stray seeds as they are poured in. The eyelet at the top could be a bit bigger so that I could fit my little finger through it when carrying the feeder.
I HAD THE SAME FEEDER IN SILVER FOR YEARS UNTIL THE SQUIRRELS ATE THE TOP OFF AND THE FEEDER CAME CRASHING DOWN. THE FEEDER IS EXACTLY AS PICTURED. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS FEEDER. RECEIVED THE FEEDER SUPER FAST. SURE MADE THE BIRDS HAPPY.
i highly recommend this feeder gbw i could not be happier with my choice of a bird feeder.well constructed,large tubes and no more seeds all over the ground.large canopy shields tubes from rain and snow.
